Magic Has Not Always Been Termed Black And White With The Same Meaning

Presumably, white magic aims to improve peoples’ lives through bringing prosperity, love, happiness, and positive experiences. There are spells for love, business success, weight loss, and many more. Black magic, on the other hand, aims to do harm.

Magic has not always been termed black and white with the same meaning we give to it today. The black color had been associated with the magical practices in Egypt, called Kem (black). The color of the fertile soil on the Nile’s delta was black, in contrast to the barren sands of the surrounding desert which were red. For this reason, the black color was associated with the good forces while the red color was linked to the evil forces. Apart from that, the skin color of the people who live in Africa, India, Australia, and the Caribbean region is black. The magic of the black people was named black magic.

In fact, the intentions of the magician determine the result, not the color of the magic. In principle, the black color is associated with force and control – the power to act and have control over the others. Magic, as weapons, can be used to do harm or for self-protection.

If you come under psychic attack and are the victim of black magic there is a lot you can do to help yourself. Negative spells directed at you are draining and cause you to lose energy. We can identify some of the more common psychic practices of stealing the energy of others, or psychic vampires, we can begin to understand the challenges of the one who is under attack.

Here are some protection suggestions and methods you can apply:

- Know that a big part of any black spell is to create fear. It is the fear created by the victim that fuels much of the bad luck the poor victim suffers. Naturally the one who undergoes such a wicked experience has no idea what is happening to him. He is unaware of it in most cases. Psychic attack is real. Anyone who tries to manipulate or to control another can be considered the instigator of a psychic attack.

- Carry a crystal of black tourmaline on you to aid your energy. This crystal stone is well known to psychics and deflects a lot of the negative energy directed towards the victim back to its source. It is a very good protection crystal.

- Do prayer and meditation. Purification practices such as prayer are a big help. The fact is the more positive energy we create for ourselves the more the psychic attack will melt away and become ineffective.

One skill every psychic must have is to know how to block negative energy. You can carry crystals and essential oils to help you fight off the bad vibrations.

Your pure heart counts for a lot too. So do spiritual practices and it is all relevant. Psychic black magic will bring you trouble in the end if you dabble in it.

Foot Massage Tips and Easy Self Foot Massage Steps

In a world where all we does is stand, run, walk and lift – our feet support us the entire way. While being quiet in shoes and socks all day, they have restricted circulation and air contact.

Be kind to a big shot close to you and give them the gift of a foot rub. Although machines that massage feet are becoming popular, there is no replacement for what the genuine human touch can do.

For more information please visit stherbproducts.com

So whether you massage your own foot or someone else’s, take a few moments to explore the site and try some foot massage yourself.

The feet are often a very derelict part of the body. Cooped up in shoes and socks all day, they may not get a chance to be out in the open. However, a real treat for someone close to you is to give them a foot massage.

The feet, when manipulated through massage, can lead to a feeling of revitalization throughout our entire body.

This massage technique does not pretend to be a lesson in reflexology. Reflexology is a practice of massage which holds that all of the nerve endings in our feet directly correct write to various organs and portions of our body.

The massage technique which follows does not claim to have any medical benefits. However, when it is done correctly, it will more than likely have your recipient walking away with a reaction of well-being and peace.

Foot Massage Benefits

Foot massage, also known as sole massage or reflexology, has been widely practiced by the Chinese in their belief that every organ in the body corresponds to a particular point on the sole of the foot.

http://www.stherbproducts.com/magazine/techniques-of-massage

Thus they feel that via foot rub down, the nerve endings on the foot’s sole will be stimulated and would then produce benefits for the malfunctioning organ. This is also the principle behind the strange-looking insoles with protruding dots which became a fad several years ago.

A foot massage starts with a brief foot bath wherein the feet are placed in a small basin of warm water. Herbs or fragrances are then mixed into the soaking solution, both to make the skin softer and on the way to relax the foot muscles. Various points on the soles, making the foot massage an unforgettable experience.

Foot Massage Steps

1. Make sure your “patient” or friend feels completely comfortable and relaxed. Arrange the right chair or bed until they sense able to sit or lie comfortably for at least 30 minutes.

2. Soak the feet in warm water for 5 to 10 minutes. Feel free to add some fragrant essential oils for an aroma therapeutic benefit.
3. Apply a lubricant. (Note: if your patient has sensitive skin, or prefers not to use a lubricant, that’s OK. A lubricant purely makes the massage easier to complete).

4. The next step is to cradle the foot one hand and use your other hand to apply a stretch and flex to your friend’s foot. Begin at the ankle, then do the ball. You can repeat this 3 or 4 times and change directions for a full stretch of the foot.

5. Now your attention switches to the sole of the foot. Using your thumbs or knuckles, apply a firm but gentle rubdown motion. It is most important that the arch of the foot is your focus.

6. Toes! Beginning with the big toe and working towards the pinky toe, squeeze the toes one at a time and apply small stroke massage to each tow. If your patient likes, you may always massage between each toe. You may also “snap” or “flick” each toe gently, but briskly flanked by your fingers.
